XRP is more targeting western unions business yep. SWIFT deals with banking infrastructure in general. LINK is just something SWIFT can utilize to improve its service at a cheaper cost. Even if SWIFT does buy out XRP it would still use the oracles for its current infrastructure probably. Besides. LINKs smart contracts can be used for far more than banking.
