I mean this sincerely, get a time-consuming hobby. The more time you put into something, especially something with visible results, the less time you got your hand down your pants. Plus the sense of satisfaction you'll get from getting results from your hobby, be it gardening or woodworking or really anything, the more fulfilled you'll feel.
