In some sense yes, but the order types are shit and its really only useful for doge and BSV trades since easy access. If you are interested in stocks, I personally think there are better options (shameless plug but I think Webull will kick the shit out of pajeethood as it gets better. Max out your ira, put it into savings and max your 401k through your employer, and then maybe throw some money at crypto.
