If the seller didn't even update the tracking number on ebay and you didn't receive anything, it's definitely the seller's fault, you are guaranteed to get your money back if you open a ticket.

Me on the other hand, i've no idea how it will play out, since ebay (as usual) discharged themselves and simply sent my evidences (thankfully i autistically take pics of everything : automaton bill, stamps with tracking numbers, custom declation,..) directly to the buyer's bank. Estimated delay : 8 weeks or more. In the meantime they froze the 100 bux from the order.

If the bank accept the payment opposition, i don't even know if i'm covered by ebay's refund policy, even though i did everything by the book.

If any fren already experienced a similar problem, please tell me what happened to you.

Quite the opposite fren. I'm quite depressed lately. It may have something to do with me being too poor to stack lately, but not 100% sure. Maybe it's simply loneliness taking it's toll. Fucking thieves... Expect to be raped by not only custom fees, but also by the royal mail for "paperwork fees" (ie simply beeping the fucking parcel). Last time i received something from GB, it has 20 bux of declared value within, and i had to pay 22 bux in various fees (4€ of customs, 16€ of purely invented fees from the post office). I said fuck it, refused the parcel and it was sent back to the seller. It sucks for him, but i can't accept this racket.
