Yep, I don't understand why some people obsess over diviends. It is just a cash profit being redistributed. There are many issues and risks when chasing divvies. But you need to ask yourself, do you want to invest in a company who uses cash profits to reinvest in itself to creat more GROWTH & VALUE, or do you want the spare change they throw at you.

Really is a no brainer, if a company can pay fat divvies its not driving for growth, rather sitting and just taking profit. Arguably this isn't godd for stockholders for ALOT of reasons.

Divvies have a place don't get me wrong, but it isn't gonna be popular with growth driven investors on this board.
