whats all this bullshit about? So some african villagers struck it rich with a placer deposit sitting on top of what sounds like a nicely eroded VMS deposit. They will wash that thing down and loose 60% of what they could get with their primitive sluices than forget about the actual ore body in a few months. This happens on a monthly basis in Congo. African artisanal miners are not what we call smart. They are peasants that follow me most basic ideas and technology to recover what they can than abandon the area when a new strike is found.
