I have always dreamed of being a slum lord. Section 8 housing and niggas rolling past smoking blunts. The properties would all be terrible, with vines growing on them and graffiti. The average person drives by and thinks "nobody could reasonably live there", while I am making massive profits.
I'd drive a Cadillac, always wear a suit and smoking cigars. I'd pay off local officials and law enforcement. My staff would consist of my handyman/enforcer who would fix the apartments and collect rent if it's over due. He'd ideally be a large six foot three eastern European named Sergio. My realtor would be a fat black lady who just gives people the keys and answers the phone.

Also, a bunch of those really shitty car dealerships. You know the oned selling 1998 Pontiac Firebirds that offer a car for 3 grand at 28% APR? One of those.
I'd eventually be featured in all the hood rap videos driving my Cadillac or Tahoe being the rich slum lord nigga with a fat black lady twerking on the hood of my car while I make it rain with 100 dollar bills
