They're not really together. FED/Blackcock are concerned with credit markets and preventing panic - the fursthest away they have gone is in extending loans to municipalities that are going bankrupt. Fiscal policies are probably going to be more focused on public works and the state and local government regulations. These gov entities have specific requirements for their balance sheets but have little to no ways to generate revenue. We might see a cares extension or a payroll tax moratorium. I have doubts on the latter. It's fucking horse shit. Trump better imprison whoever is standing in the way of that and promoting more faggot cares.
