I got wrecked pretty bad on my bioshit position with TBP (otc is TBPMF). See, it just so happened that a short form prospectus preliminary approval was leaked on SEDAR (Canadian publicly traded company legal document site) eight minutes prior to close. The stock was already under heavy short pressure and this leak broke the dam. The prospectus isn't even for that much money but it spooked an already scared herd of cats. Not a super cool way to see the day close when you're long. After three years trading bioshit with about 20% of my portfolio, I'm about to the throw in the towel on this sector. The risk on the companies is something I am fine with taking on, but the manipulation and slime that goes on with small cap stocks is just too much.
