I see pills that are a blend of different brain-boosting supplements (more like Alpha brain) and then other tangents of supplements that are focused more on mushrooms and lion's mane. Ofc alpha brain is overpriced shite I'm more curious about the underlying ingredients and if other generic alternatives are worth it.
