Excellent question. Love to see this question. So the concern here would be a LUNA/UST situation. This was the initial thought until I did some digging. The codebase is based on Liquidity Protocol but there’s been an important change the Byte Masons have made to avoid endless minting of a worthless token as collateral. The attached picture of the flywheel explains it. Tell me what you think it is anon.
