Remember when Carl Icahn was engaged in a proxy battle with Hertz? The one that involved him selling a significant portion, possibly all of his holdings before the bankruptcy? Well, when the bankruptcy concluded with the company exiting chapter 11, the NY Post reported that Carl Icahn had "come into some shares" and would therefore also get some recovery as the company emerged from bankruptcy. Don't worry about how or what was happening in the years long proxy battle. Surely nothing was happening behind the scenes during that chapter 11, no sir. That's not possible at all. Carl was just walking down the street one day and saw some Hertz shares on the side of the road. Lucky him! Surely Ryan Cohen won't also walk down the street and stumble upon some BBBY shares for when this chapter 11 concludes. Kek shillies. Tell me more how the billionaires behind this play are legally required to tell you everything they're doing or else its not happening. There's nothing wrong with having a bear thesis, but the simple existence of the bull thesis makes some bears seethe way too much for them to not have a stake.
