For the fellow autists in the thread, I love to just recite back what coworkers just told me.

>Why were you tired this weekend?
>I was busy doing xyz.
>How did you do xyz.
>Repeat over and over.
You just ask about whatever they are saying. Like the other anons said they will think you are an excellent listener.
BUT TO BE CLEAR, THEY WILL NOT RECIPROCATE THIS.
So please don't attempt to trauma dump to your coworkers, no one cares what you did or how you feel.
TLDR: Ask questions about what they say and don't say anything but very basic stuff about yourself. They will love you if followed.
