I got tricked into looking into the company. Don’t like what I see. He kept feeding me bullshit to try and dispel the legal troubles that were still very much in play when I was looking in to it ~8 months ago. Was just lying to spread the idea that I was wrong.

Now the “they’re paying off the debt” thesis is dead and gone, since they’re looking to raise cash by both diluting their shares and issuing corporate bonds.

Never trust anyone who uses a reputation to get you to buy a stock. You’re better off finding stocks on your own that look good to you. And NEVER trust anyone who refuses to admit that they’ve been wrong.
True in personal relationships as well, take notice when people can’t admit that they’re wrong. Like this fag, they’ll shift blame, warp the debate, never take responsibility. Make sure to keep healthy distance from people like that.
