Hey /biz/, coming to you for advice about how to invest what I have and where.

Little backstory: I work in the public sector and make a pretty modest wage (72k) and have recently purchased a nice home using a lot of lucrative grants and public sector financial programs. Currently, I'm renting out two of the rooms to my house to friends who have signed a yearly lease and are locked in until 2022 to continue renting. Their combined rent pays for my mortgage note and then some. In addition to their payment I'm paying 500 dollars on top in order to build into the equity but, when all the bills are said and done, I have about 1200 dollars a month of disposable income. I was planning on investing half of that into crytpo (BTC, LINK, and ETH) and putting the rest in savings but wanted to see what advice you would have.

Another option would be to give the other half to a financial advisor or take a second job in order to have even more disposable income to dump into either crypto, savings, or financial advisor.

What are your honest thoughts?
