Just throwing it out there, but the Chase Freedom is an excellent card to do this with. 200 dollar bonus, and its an okay bullshit card to have. Gonna shill my link because I'm a poorfag and need the money lol

Another good card to do it with is the American Express Blue Everyday card. It's an okay bonus, and another good card to just "have" because it's a 3 percent cashback on groceries, and its hard to ignore that. You'll always need to buy groceries.

It's best to take advantage of cards with no fees, because those are the ones you can hold onto. If you cancel too many too quickly with no credit history, it gets harder to get approved (in my experience at least). So you want to keep a few on the burner, and just put a subscription fee on them.

Don't disregard bank offers though, either. You can churn a lot of banks and that is penalty free. I've gotten the bonus from sofi and then closed my account. Doesn't show on your credit report, super easy to do

So what's a good price to buy over spot? How do YOU all choose what to buy? Just starting out, myself.
