I don't have some liberal university study on it or anything but I've been to a lot of farms in my area because I'm involved in agriculture, and they aren't CAFOs and the like they have in America, there are still a lot of small animal farms that use more traditional practices. Canadian supply chain management it the agricultural sector plus the high tariffs we put on american food mean that small farmers can actually make a living at it and produce good food.
