Unity/Liberty round by Envela.
Hard to find, but there are a few secondary market rounds floating around ebay. The official ebay store for Envela/DGSE doesn't sell the rounds anymore, but they do have the 10oz bar version still. The ebay seller for Envela/DGSE has an amateur-sounding name, but I called around and verified that that is the actual ebay outlet.
