I buy 8 lb bags of Great Value pintos
1 lb bags of Great Value *brown* rice (white is fast carbs, brown is slow carbs)
and cans of Great Value whole kernel corn (pintos and corn together form a complete protein).
also cans of KR brand collard greens because they are the only canned greens that aren't seasoned and thus high sodium.
i make mushes of these things and sometimes chop up hotdogs into them.
I buy the large tubs of Great Value oats also, and Great Value natural peanut butter. I put Great Value raisins from the largest tubs into the oats and also sometimes the peanut butter for a snack. Sometimes I even put some of the oats into the peanut butter. My meals and snacks are
