The hope is that there will be huge stride toward clean energy under booden administration and that it's gonna be hard to try and cover energy needs with just solar, wind, water and EV. To at the VERY least help the "transition" from fossil fuels to clean, nuclear will have its part to play since it has no carbon emissions, is much safer than it used to be and, for me most importantly, it's scalable. UUUU is US largest producer of uranium and is primed and ready to ramp up production. Combine that with their rare earth expansion (which is no pun intended a rare mining business in US) and some some government backing and you have a bullish long term hold. Also hope in rise of uranium price and refilling US uranium storage.

if booden goes hard mode on clean energy that won't exclusively be solar, wind and EV nuclear energy will have a big role in future energy production. UUUU specifically is a good target to invest in because its largest uranium producer in US, expanded into rare earth production with a locked supply deal for another company and recently it got some govt funding that iirc is related to the US wanting to stockpile uranium. Also there's hope for price of uranium increasing which would of course benefit the company too. Keep in mind it's a long term hold. Recently it's been crabbing at support level.
