i take one 150mg tablet of waklert every day when i wake up and im fully focused, awake, and alert with no downsides for the entire day, it wears off about 10 hours later and i start to feel tired just as you would naturally, no bad feelings or anything
try it out, been taking it for 2+ years now, started with modafinil, made the switch to waklert
