Pic is just a recent example.
And moving tokens through Binance obfuscates their trail, so it's likely they're being used to pay staff etc.

Some of them, sure.
They've got a lot of irons in the fire, like the grant program, wages, licencing, rent, etc.

But see pic, it's the wallet this 500k "dump" was sent to.

Most of the larger transactions since the "dump" are going to the aggregator contracts.
