I got burned when Bittrex froze withdrawals and broke verification on their old non-KYC accounts to make everyone force their hand and cough up their IDs. That, more than anything, made me have a very suspicious and arms length trust with exchanges.
Most of us use Livecoin and then immediately transfer our funds off the exchange. I treat it like Cryptopia - it works and it doesn't have KYC, but I wouldn't keep anything on there.
I'm a burger so I don't have a choice anyway. Coinall/OKEx geo-blocked America so I can't even use it.
