this is not a fud just want some answer:

1-aren't all the big investor like Greyscale buy OTC (the did this for btc/eth and bought OTC from miners,bitfinex), why would they buy directly from exchange and risk pumping the price?
2-doesn't chainlink has the option for companies to buy directly from their reserve for a big discount, why would any big investor buy from exchange specially in such short period of time (raising the price before he can accumulate the needed countities)?

3-so can anyone explain this?, is it wash trading? are big players really keeps their Link on exchange for whole months? i don't think so
