the problem I personally have in this is that I trust setting stop losses over my own ability to identify if a dip is a healthy pullback or a sign of a longer-term downtrend
if I get stopped out, I either wait for it to go lower and buy back in later or just move on if it goes back up before I buy in again

I do believe that the market is irrational and stupid, and that the huge drop (which happened because LCI lost a supplier, iirc) could easily have been an overreaction, but what gives the company its value? the science is undeniably promising, and cancer data should be coming very soon
that being said, don't get too fixated on the idea of instant returns
be patient, even if cancer data doesn't come out as soon as it seems like it will

reminder to stay patient and not let market irrationality or short term fluctuations in price cloud your judgment and interfere with your long term profits
