SEC Chair Gary Gensler to appear before Digital Assets subcommittee on April 18th.

I would like to link to the article, but 4channel seems to think it's spam not matter how I format it.

If Judge Torres doesn't render her decision by March 31st,
I'm predicting that she will deliver it by April 17th.
Why?
So that Gensler and the SEC can be humiliated by the Senate on the 18th.
They'll ask him why he continued to pursue a case that was obviously going to lose to Ripple.
They'll also ask him how he expects to continue regulating crypto, after this defeat.
This will eventually lead to the SEC being reformed in some way.
Or eliminated entirely, and the regulations of crypto will be given to the CFTC, or a new governmental body.
