I come from the future, and it's a lot closer than you'd expect. Here's the top five technological advancements made by 2025.

5. Hypercrops
There are cash crops and staple crops. Both of these become irrelevant in the very near future, as genetic enhancement tech is right around the corner. With increased understanding of our bodies and nervous systems comes better nutritional and mental health guidance, and with that comes hypercrops. These allow us to both maintain our neccessary bodily functions while still being cheap and tasty. Think nutritionally beneficial rice.

4. The World Free Trade Movement
One thing you guys are gonna find especially profitable is the deregulation of all markets, and abolition of world government. It sounds like a bad thing at first if you're inexperienced with the concept, but don't worry, it all works out. Just remember, (((if the market will bear it!)))

3. Subconcious Psychedelics
Okay, so this one is a personal favorite, and I gotta put it up there just because of how fun they are. It's like taking LSD, but makes LSD look like pussy shit. Imagine the ego death of an ego death. Nothing is real. Everything is art.

This is by far the most developed of our technologies by the 2030s, and remains that way well into the 2050s. It essentially allows for decentralized quantum intelligence, but requires very specific intuitional knowledge to use. If you don't know what kind of questions to ask the machine, don't bother.
