Im a Superhost myself with 2 properties in a vacation area. I have been doing this since 2017. Fees are killer, some hosts make you do like a lot of cleaning, some listings are scams, all customer service is handled overseas

Airbnb bookings are down this year no doubt, im on VRBO as well. There was a whole viral marketing campaign against Airbnb like last year? Exposing some bad hosts that hide the cleaning fee like so >>55869097

A lot of people jumped in the past 2 years.

I do wonder sometimes if there will ever be any change in this nonstop chaos of speculation, debt, credit, and all out "money" throwing pandemonium that doesn't even involve real money based on anything concrete and tangible. Will there ever be a housing crash or any other type of economic bubble pop, that will cause people to think, "maybe we should keep a check on all this speculation and corruption by huge funds and firms that causes the whole country to sink and flood, losing and gaining money like a rollercoaster?" but probably not. There will be a huge crash or bust or whatever you want to call it and then yet again people will buy more crap and invest in more nonsense that has no real source behind it. At least as a poor sack of shit I can rest assured that I don't have to worry about it because I don't own anything

Boomers have this strange obsession with throwing their kids out and saying "you gotta work for what you have! you can't live here for free, i'm doing you a favor!" and then their kids have to work for decades to even own a small house, that's assuming they get lucky and get a decent job and college degree and don't get half their stuff taken by their wife in a divorce. And, with how old most of these boomers live to, their kids will be around 50 before they could get any inherited house or whatever inheritance money. And, even when they do inherit the house, most houses will require payment of a few hundred dollars a month in property taxes, hoa fees, utilities, etc.

People don't realize how bad things are now, compared to the previous generations. Just 60 or 70 years ago, you could rent a room in a boarding house for what would be the modern equivalent of 200 dollars a month. No stupid paperwork, no obnoxious landlords nickel and diming you. You could make enough money for yourself, your wife, and a kid, and car payments and a mortgage, just by working one low end job at a factory or office. There are almost no small businesses left, which used to be a huge employer for young people. Almost no one is self employed now, and even if they are they have to pay ludicrous taxes on their business and their property, while people like elon musk and whatever other billionaires pay nothing in taxes.

>Had 800 XRB 2 days ago
>Never got verified on Bitgrail to move shit despite sending in for 6 weeks ago
>Had to sell into BTC to move to kucoin to avoid the coming italian exit scam
>Now only have 500 XRB because of how long it took to transfer and buy reverse arbitrage on kucoin

Feels bad man. Hoping that XRB can get to $200 EOY so I can still hit 6 figures

They are 100% already hacked. You just have to know the right forums and have enough money to buy an exploit worth 600.000$ at least.

I started with way less than you and made quite some money in BTC, ETH, and LTC holding from last year.

Of course your money is all in shit coins so I don't think you will have the same results as me.

started with $50 on Coinbase in June, moved to Bittrex when Cash was announced to get free money. Now up to 10K, just sold my LTC and got it all in tether, but i can't get my fucking account verified.

I've had a ticket out since before thanksgiving because I originally wanted to move my shit to binance to get in on IOTA (but hey, lucky miracle that LTC mooned)

Anyone else having this issue? I don't want to invest in any other coins on Bittrex as every major coin except IOTA is overbought to hell and gonna have a hard correction without anything to back them. Am I just doomed to stay in the Tether bunker until I bittrex does something?
