Calm down Anon, yes you may have messed up by being overly invested, but you recognized the mistake. I made the same mistake, just take a step back, meditate, or read, do something to take your mind away.

When you're calmer, ask yourself "what exactly is my goal in life?" Focus on that instead of Crypto.

Go see a therapist, I have one and it's helped a lot to get my life and priorities straight. My therapist theorized because we lack some clear direction or excitement in our lives, it's easy to get sucked in to the excitement of a market where we're making vast amounts of money quickly, the feeling is similar to gambling. It doesn't feel good to lose a gamble, and we've been doing nothing but losing gambles for months now.

Take a step away from crypto and see a therapist, don't kill yourself.

i don't deserve such loving parnets... anyway, i just hope you guys don't let crypto ruin your lives, i'll keep the crypto i have, as a reminder to myself. but for now i will focus on the things in life that i can actually change, i won't disappoint my parents.
