The older I become the more I find joy in the simple things in life and less I am interested in girls, sex, extravagant things. I am probably more obsessed with money right now but not to buy things but to buy freedom. I am sure you have things that bring you joy. Talking to and laughing with people you can connect with. The innocence and the playfulness of pets. Drifting into another world vicariously through books or movies. Laughing at a funny show. The enjoyment of a well cooked meal with your favorite wine. Buying your freedom to do these things can be motivation.

I try to meditate every morning. I haven't been consistent with it unfortunately, but when I do it it's great. My ADD-riddled brain is often all over the place, and taking a minute to still the mind helps tone down the anxiety and makes it easier to focus on what I have to get done that day.
