I am going to share my personal secret for success, I want to know if it's just been a fluke or perhaps there is something to this so hopefully other anons can weigh in with their own experiences.
I am now a 32 year old and after spending most of my 20s being stuck in one place I began to progress very rapidly in my career the past 3 years because of what I like to call BPE: Belligerent Psychic Energy.
A lot of people talk about things like confidence, 'fake it til you make it', being a Chad etc, but I hate these terms because they're too ambiguous. I spent several years being outgoing, confident, friendly, but still found myself continuously sidelined. Then I went through a real rough patch for a few years and I became extremely mentally hostile, but I guess somehow my hostility overlapped with my confidence in just the right way that instead of becoming a social pariah I noticed people started going out of their way to accommodate me. I then started paying more attention and cultivating this approach, I literally project an air of disapproval towards people and it triggers their own insecurities. Like my girlfriend starting exercising and losing weight more and confessed it was because of how I looked at her when she ate. I am personally suspecting this is why psychopaths are successful in life, I myself am not a psychopath but I just started seeing everyone as an incompetent retard and people who are better paid and more skilled than myself bend over backwards to impress me. I'm suspecting this is what *actual* confidence feels like, it's essentially leveraging other people's imposted syndrome against themselves. Anyone else experience similar?
