Quick question for you kind fellows, but first let me provide some background.

Some time back I decided to embark on what could be described as a fairly entertaining endeavour. To put a long story short, I've developed and pushed into motion a vast array of data mining applications and have set them to develop for me a database for which I shall later apply some trivial heuristic techniques to produce and attain analytic information.

Now, my problem is simple. I'm just not very experience in the field of jewery. It has come to my attention (rather bluntly) that I am just incapable of performing the merchant mango (or whatever it is the kids are calling it these days).

I have all this information and I know that it's worth something but I've no idea how to go about marketing this. I have the important parts already.

1) The Database
2) Miners
3) Browser app to display this information where applicable
3) Front end site advertising the service

So, I have all this, I am at the final stages, but I don't really know how to accept payment over the internet with such a service.

How does one go about implementing functionality into a web-service front end to allow payment for said services?
This was all really a simple project and I never thought I'd get to this point, but now I've found myself there so I ask here out of simple curiosity.
