I have enough for a down payment, a great credit score and a townhouse in my area would only cost me $750 or so per month. But because I can't find a well paying fucking job, I'm stuck renting bedrooms for that price despite spending so little that I am still able to save a lot per month.

You want to give shit to a cartel? Give shit to banks who don't care if you can easily pay if you don't meet their inflated arbitrary numbers and employers who won't even look past the most recent job on your resume because it's fucking security because I got laid off my admin job in 2018 and was desperate for any income.
