I am Europoor living on disability paychecks for mental illness. Every month I buy and hold bitcoin on Binance (uploaded ID, etc.).
First time I bought bitcoin via paybis the bank blocked my card on the presumption of tax evasion/currency speculation (they do with every bank customer) so I had to call them and explain I was buying an XXXL dildo for my wife since her African boyfriend is on vacation in Thailand and she misses him. It is not for me, I am a heterosexual guy. The government (commune) says that by law I have to sign a paper every year confirming that I do not own any "value papers" or assets or additional money or valuables like gold bracelets, diamond rings, etc.

Am I allowed to hold BTC on Binance without letting them know of this?
