The world has been trying to dedollarize for 20 years now, but they can't, and why can't they?
Because the dollar is the cleanest dirty shirt in the hamper
The dollar has the most liquidity, hands down, it's also at the cross point between being stable as well as having the most liquidity
Switching to a less liquid reserve for an entire land would be like you putting a million dollars into a uniswap shitcoin, the slippage would be massive and the arbitrage niggers would snipe at least half of your investment's worth away in an instant
It would be like trying to siphon all the oil from a refinery with a garden hose

What other reserve currency are they going to use anyway?
