I'm an Uber Eats driver. Until today I had 100% positive feedback from both merchants and customers (400 trips). However, today after completing about 6 trips from the same McDonalds I noticed that I had been given 5 merchant thumbs down all at once, which was very surprising to me. That 5 later turned to 7 negative raings. I made 10 trips there in total, and got rated negatively for 70% of them, after previously having 100% positive ratings for them in about 200 trips.

The only thing I can think of is that during one trip there (McDonalds) I went to take a piss for a minute, and I placed my bag on top of the counter above the rubbish bin (it was either that or the floor). When I returned, my bag had been moved and placed on a table. One of the roastie managers there told me I couldn't put my bag on the counter on top of the rubbish bin, to which I replied "oh ok". She informed me quite matter of factly that I could sit down, and I replied that I knew (fuckin duh). She seemed a bit cunty but I thought nothing more of it. But now I'm thinking that this woman has gone back through all my trips for the day and given me a negative rating for every single trip I'd made while she was there. With Uber if you get too many negative ratings you can get fired.

The more I think the more convinced I am it was her. I know for a fact that staff can scroll back through all the Uber Eats drivers' previous trips that day and rate them all at once. I couldve lived with one bad rating, but 7 is fucked up and an abuse of the system. Pretty sure she was there for 7 of the trips I made (I saw her as she was leaving and I made 3 more trips after that). It can't be a coincidence. What should I do?

I'm thinking I have to confront her about it (hopefully she's in tomorrow). Otherwise I'm just letting her cuck me. Why should I not talk to the main manager about this? Uber dont give a flying fuck.
