checked and this. Wait till whatever is gonna happen actually happens. It's better to be late than get caught holding the bag. The only thing you should be longing if anything are stocks with high dividends that you wouldn't mind holding till the end of time.

>start with 10 million
>go down to 150k on some insanely stupid trade that fails miserably
>go back up to 5 million on some insanely stupid trade that actually works out
>still be down 5 million overall
There you go

But isn’t that just like bonds with uncertain returns? Indeed, in this form of capital financing, the investors could get returns higher or less than projected depending on how well the business go. You would then expect the volatility of the returns would force the enterprises to increase their return portion. That's for the market to decide. But one thing certain is that the market will develop ratings just like our current bond rating system.

The large enterprises with the highest ratings would be the ones with least risk when delivering their promised returns, where the startups would be the highest risk that requires thorough analysis towards their prospectus, just like the current venture investing. But this offering would be shared to literally anyone and crowdfunded until the enterprises reach the capital required, hence it’s easy for the mass to participate in any project with optimal diversification.

Basically, this is revenue-sharing crowdfunding, but developed so the largest companies and investors in any level can participate regularly. And since it’s the new main source of investing under this principle, I envision that it would be the norm for the mass to participate. This would not only make financing high risk high return projects to be spread thorough the mass of people, but the mass would be affected by the prosperity of the businesses directly, thus making inequality reduced further and further

Dunno senpai, but I'm pretty sure my idea is totally leaning to the right compared to even the slightly left books I've read. This system has the purpose to prosper the supply side of economy
