Does the govt really want xrp? And if so, couldn't they just use exchanges collapsing to get it out of retail hands? If xrp shoots up overnight and everyone transfers back to the few exchanges left that sell xrp so they can withdraw, those exchanges will just halt withdraws from a liquidation crunch, file bankruptcy, and just like that retail has their assets seized overnight. Makes me a little nervous.
