Way fucking slower. I thought it would take 10 years to hit $20k price. The reasons I purchased bitcoin (summer 2016) was because "hurr durr hyperinflation end the fed crash" so I just had it as a % of my networth. Then btc hit $1000 for the first time again in years and I was euphoric. Then once it started breaking through $2k $3k $4k... I expected the rapid price increase would never end. I injected every meme log chart into my veins. My original thesis that it would take 10 years was out the window and I thought it would go to $100k by 2018 and hyoerbitcoinization blah blah. In December 2017 I thought it was a new paradigm s-curve adoption and btc was gonna keep going parabolic. Then my greed took over and i FOMO'd all in to alts. Of course the -99% alts crash happened when I least expected it.
