Was Tay-chan really the first ever internet AI? If so, can we assume this tech with the capacity to learn in real time existed before 2016, and that therefore, we are getting an inferior product to what we had back then? And that it´s safe to assume that whatever they are already working with is 100x times better than the current lobotomized chatgpt and others?
