What the fuck guys? My mom bought premium real estate for that income. I can handle this, even if it's very annoying, but surely the prices must come down?

What are some logical factors to consider when deciding to wait or buy now? If I wait, recession is hitting, people will default on homes and there will be competition to sell for the less liquid families, decreasing prices. At least maybe. Maybe this bubble will go on forever? For me it feels like buying bitcoin at 60K - why would anyone do that? This feels like buying the top.

Opinions? There's many like me here, who are finally starting to have decent albeit not great incomes, but are still priced out for what people with less money could easily buy before.

Maybe I should just move to some asian country and live like a king? Why would I want to cuck my entire life for the banks?
