so im in a weird spot.

In order to motivate lazy college students to apply for jobs my professor forced us to apply to 5 companies and provide proof of submission that we applied to those 5 companies. That would then be an assignment graded solely on if you submitted or not. All or nothing. For example if you submitted proof that you applied to 5 companies you got a 100% or an A+ . If you didn't you would get a 0. It was that simple. The problem is I applied to random tech companies not really caring about a job nor taking it seriously. But out of those 5 companies i applied to 3 responded (ZOOX, AMD, Blackstone) asking for interviews. I'm just trying to have fun at school so I ignored them. But they sent followup emails asking me again very nicely to come interview with them. Now 5 months later I'm applying to the exact same companies and getting rejected.

Fuck my life.
