Housing is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed....

... that being said, I am willing to bet that the 'competent people living in their cars" are probably living in CA. There's a whole country out there with homes you can get into, if you choose to locate yourself in an area infested with a ton of tech bros and immigrants, that's on you.

If your job doesn't 'translate' to flyover states, then it most likely isn't an integral part of the economy.

I was being sarcastic anon, dude is an absolute fucking chode. I bet you a dime to a dollar that he only popped up after the first major runup, and then just was a baggie since then hyping every date.

I've made a little on options throughout this whole ordeal, but the average AMC/BBBY/GME retail trader is embarrassing. Just so loud and wrong all the time, I can't imagine how bad educated people in finance cringe at some of the shit they see.

Similar situation, maybe a little less angsty about society and moreso about my own personal decisions though.

Salary? Overhead? Money leftover at the end of the month?

Try to tune out the noise on social media. Deactivate all your accounts, quit porn, quit weed/alcohol, and start gym-ing (heavy cardio). I did this and it's helped a lot. Will increase your chances of bagging a hottie too, mentally.

Think of skills you have that will help advance your situation. Take a small percentage of money you have leftover at the end of the month and buy a few stocks. Nothing fancy, but slowly build your portfolio. Steer clear of risk and dedicate the next 6 months to solely righting your ship and then see how you feel.
