I guess I should add a little bit more context if I want to make sense:

>low cost of living
>high quality of life
>low taxes or favorable government
>center of commerce
>all of that with still being comfy and fairly safe

does such a place exist, /biz/? I'm about to graduate from university with a software engineering degree but I run a digital marketing agency but my clients are all over the world so I can essentially go anywhere.
