Yuropoor here. Got the same answer from my LCS, they have months long waiting list for mints orders. Even though they are buying back silver almost 2 bux over spot and are selling 5 bux over spot, they still have issues getting any sufficient supply coming in. No one is selling their silver, and everybody wanna buy, even with the absolute scam tier premiums we experience here.
I asked them when they plan to reduce their premium, the owner answered me "we wont".

I find it truly fascinating how few kikes simply claiming
>silver is worth X, trust me goyim!
is enough to bend reality enough to prevent what should've happened a long time ago.
