I'm 18 and have my GED. I can't find a job so instead I saved $200 to start a business and I decided to do a courier service. However, I have no idea about what I'm doing besides I'm 'supposed' to get a business license.

I already feel like I'm in a rough position considering I am making no income and the only money I have is saved in my account. My father is only helping me out with car insurance (Hummer H2 SUV) and I have a friend who is helping me out with starting up and has offered to be a courier and is putting another $100 in this project.

How do I get customers? What should my business plan include? What the fuck am I doing? What should I do? High school did not teach me a damn thing about what to do.
