No idea. My entire industry has been on strike since May and I’ve worked like 4 days on non union jobs since then. No end in sight either so I’m seeing my life savings evaporate. And everything is increasing in price from groceries to rent. Super not chill.

That's what scares me too. Over the next 2 years, I should have somewhere in the vicinity of $750k (no idea what value they'll have in GBP by the time they vest) in restricted stock units, I don't want to give half to a bunch of bureaucrats, heroin addicts, pakis and prostitutes.
I am willing to leave it all and just go somewhere I am able to make money without being robbed every day of my life. I plan on starting my own company anyway, even if I make less, I don't mind, as long as there is no outright fucking theft.
