I second this comment I downloaded from libgen and he just Rambles on for whole chapters using pretentious language when he could basically summarize a chapter into 4 pages. He tries way to hard to sound smart and reading is a labor. Some of what he says is good advice but you have to apply it to your own life into specific situations and not just accept it blindly. It's kind of annoying how he insults the reader by constantly bringing up the fact that if you don't accept what hes saying you are a great Big beta cuck that has fallen for the female imperative brainwashing.

I would recommend reading models by Mark Manson as well because the two books are addressing the same issue trying to get the same outcome but using methods on both sides of the spectrum.

Models address becoming a high-status man by being vulnerable but not weak by not caring what the woman thinks of you. Try to relate to her on an emotional level if she tells a story about how she lost her cat then you tell a story about how you lost your dog. that kind of vulnerability.

The rational male tells you to be mysterious and not reveal too much about yourself and also making you aware of women's manipulation tactics of using sex to control you.
