Of the short few weeks I lived with my ex I experienced the following:

>roll out of the bed quietly to take a shower and get dressed after
>either find her still sleeping or preparing breakfast for herself after I got ready
>plead her to move away so I can to boil eggs and oats before work.
>leave with a disgruntled farewell which was insisted by me
>feel a sense of relief as I step out of my apartment and head to my wage cage, on an hour+ bus and subway ride.
>if lucky, get 1 message from her during work for something she needs help with.
>finish work, think about ways to escape the rat race on the hour and half + ride home.
>open the door to find her doing basically nothing.
>she feels bad for doing nothing, so now it’s time me to shut up so she can focus on her study
>I try to prepare some healthy meal that she doesn’t like. Hopefully the sink is clean.
>agree to eat out reluctantly
