I am hopeful man, but not so sure. Because of how sickeningly tied to the stocks and tradfi structure crypto now is, it makes me have doubts it'll survive as the world economy blows up all around us.
We are only feeling the beginning of the ever worsening food logistics problem too.
I'd like to be more bullish, but these times seem much more dire than last year's.

I was hoping that one of the candidates yesterday would name drop using a raytheon tomahawk as a foreign policy tool. But all I got was a debate about drug usage of their family.

Swinglinker here.
Made some small gains. Now waiting for a good time to buy back in.

It might seem bad hodling now but just wait.
Link will recover eventually.
Then you can laugh at all of the people who sold for nothing.

I think we will be going sideways for a wile.

I don't use it now but maybe at some point I will, if Binance does not implement leverage trading or it's unsatisfactory. What I'll probably do is:

>never do more than 5x leverage, and that's on least volatile cryptos like BTC, LTC, ETH and as such. 2-3x for the others
>never risk more than 5% of your funds in one trade (some say less, but not everyone has time to keep an eye on a dozen different open positions)
>exception: Do leverages of 5x on growing, recent projects or in times you're very sure it'll go the way you think, but only with a very small amount of your funds at risk, like less than 1%. Call it the "gamble money" and don't expect to ever see it back.

And also other things from this thread like instead of setting up a stop loss, which sometimes fail, just put in less money and let the liquidation be your stop.

TV news. Newspapers (yes, they still do exist). Overhearing it in other people's conversations during your day to day life (don't reveal your power level though). When celebrities start endorsing this and that shit coins and the plebs buy them in masse, etc

And specially, specially, when new bitconnect-tier hyper-hyped ponzi scams for neurotypicals begin to arise again. Then you can be for sure there's less than a year before things go south. Later, the moment even the normies start questioning whether they will ever get their money back... sell everything that you don't fanatically believe in its fundamentals like it's got the plague.

You got to understand this clown world before you can thrive in it!

https://medium.com/clc-group/analyzing-chainlink-network-traffic-6034e6b8bd94

>As we have expected, there is no traffic for independent oracles on mainnet. We have pointed out some of the reasons at the node-side as the difficulty of providing valuable data easily and legally, and the difficulty of proving that you do not constitute a Sybil attack risk. The lack of public listing services can also be pointed out as another important reason. However, note that these problems do not apply for trusted oracles (i.e., where the requester and the oracle know each other), yet there is no traffic for that either. We think this is because there is not enough (independent) smart contract developer attention yet to drive the demand for data served over the Chainlink network.

OH NO NO NO NO
